1. Defined Terms

• Company: JurisDraft K.K., established in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
• Customer: The corporate entity or individual procuring operational policy design services.
• Results: The finalized customized policies, compliance frameworks, and procedure manuals developed.

2. Scope of Services & No Legal Practice

JurisDraft drafts corporate compliance manuals, internal procedures, and administrative guidelines based on information provided by the Customer. Our results provide highly structured operational templates and blueprints. The Customer is responsible for verifying final filings against modern industrial regulations via registered legal counsels when necessary.

3. Payment, Revisions & Intellectual Property

All agreed drafting project costs must be settled under Japan transaction protocols prior to document delivery. Unless specifically designated, all layout structures, base code patterns, and administrative formulas used inside drafts are owned by JurisDraft. Customers receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, world-wide operational license to utilize, modify, and duplicate delivered policy materials internally.

4. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

JurisDraft shall not be held liable for any regulatory challenges, labor inspection actions, or database integrity events stemming from a customer's implementation decisions. Services are provided "as is" (as-available) without warranties of any kind.

5. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced strictly under the laws of Japan. Any litigation, contractual disputes, or legal actions shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
